AFTRA holds its Roundtable every year, which serves as the Annual General Meeting (AGM). The Roundtable used to hold separately from the AFTRA Conference. However, from 2013, the Roundtable and Conference become collocated. However, the Roundtable remains a separate unique event attended by only AFTRA member organisations. Accordingly, therefore, AFTRA had its 2023 Roundtable immediately after the Conference and far-reaching decisions were taken. Such decisions are not make public as they are for the consumption of the AFTRA member organisations.
